What experts say about it...
Curative yeast is till today the main or secondary ingredient of components of various preparations used in medicine and pharmaceutics. It preserved therapeutically significant content of series of substances - B-group and other vitamins, enzymes, trace elements, etc. while having a gentle effect. It proved not only as an important constituent of perorally applied food supplements (PANGAMIN) but it is successfully applied when administered the same way also by nail, hair or skin diseases including acne. No less important component is curative yeast in drug forms intended for spot application in ointments or cremes. It proves useful in this manner mainly by treatment of hemorrhoids, flesh wounds, and acne. They are being combined with substances supporting epithelization and with substances reducing possibility of infection and obturation of sebaceous glands.

It might seem that in time when the market is overstocked by exclusive cosmetics the yeast is uninteresting and ordinary source on a way to beauty. However... It is true that yeast has its specific aroma, but its capacity is extraordinary. Yeast is predominantly a source of vitamins of B-group that largely take part in regeneration of the whole organism including the skin. This capacity of regeneration is utilized for years mainly in dermatology. The presence of pantothenic acid or Vitamine B5 in yeast has favourable effect on skin and hair. It is a frequent constituent of cosmetic applications because of its anti-inflammatory, soothing and healing effects. I can confirm this effect from my own experience. Already our grandmothers and mothers learned about the "power" of yeast not only in kitchen. They obtained highly efficient skin masks by addition of other natural raw materials like cream, honey and yolk. Return to nature we are calling for so much will not be so bad, don't you think?
